Training courses facilitated by Sharon McLean

Sharon McLean has been working as a consultant for over 20 years writing and delivering community training courses to charities, social enterprises, and business owners as well as planning and hosting events.
She is a community activist and has worked with grassroot organisations to hear their views and experiences. Sharon has consequently worked in partnership with NHS trusts, local Councils, Clinical Commissioners and Community Organisations to deliver training and research. Some of her clients have included NHS local trust, The Social Enterprise Coalition, Wandsworth Council and Croydon Council.
Sharon has an MA in Therapeutic Counselling & Psychotherapy from Middlesex University. Her latest Project has been the development of the Cultural Competency Model for Organisations. She is also an author.
